    CHICKEN NOODLES

Cooking is a skill I swear by, its a life saver, its a stress buster, its more than feeding self... its feeding your soul making your each day worth it.

I learnt cooking, rather the basics from my dad back in my teenage days and today I wish to share one of my comfort food: chicken noodle recipe.

    WHAT YOU NEED:

    Flat white noodles

    Chicken boneless

    Ginger Garlic Paste

    Onion Sliced

    Green chilly, chopped

    Garlic buds, roughly crushed

    Salt to taste

    Black pepper

    Cumin powder

    Soy sauce

    Sugar

    lemon juice

    red chilly flakes

    PROCEDURE:

Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, sugar and cumin powder and keep it side for half to an hour.

In a bowl of hot boiling water put your noodles and let it get cooked, to avoid sticking to each other add a pinch of salt and a spoon of oil and stir it well.

On the side heat a pan and sprinkle some oil and when hot add the marinated chicken, let the skin get little crispy and then add some water to get it cooked well (good way to avoid to much of oil), on a medium flame let the chicken get cooked and let the gravy get thickened. Set aside the chicken when you see the gravy getting formed. Strain your noodles and add it to the pan and mix it well with the gravy and then add the sliced onion, green chilly and garlic and at the end add the chicken and mix it well.

Serve it in a bowl and garnish it with some fresh lemon juice and red chilly flakes.

Your lazy chicken noodles are ready!
